Mitigation repairs to roofs are a speciality and custom made flashing and overlays etc can be used to alleviate problems.  We use a roof coating system to extend and maintain the working lives of corroded and aged metal roofing, as an alternative to full replacement when budgets and maintained plans do not allow that level of work.  We use a rust preventer ‘Flood Penetrol’ and a proven liquid roof protective coating – Gilsonite.  Information on these products and case studies can be provided upon request
